

Undergraduate (UG) Program Eligibility
Qualifications for Education
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Education (10+2) or an equivalent test from an approved board in order to be considered.
Minimum Marks: Candidates who identify as General, OBC, PwD, NRI, PIO, or OCI must receive at least 45% in their 10+2 or equivalent exam. Candidates from SC/ST categories must receive at least 40%.
Candidates Who Appear: If they can produce documentation of their exam passing at the time of admission, students who are taking their 10+2 or comparable exam in the same year as the CLAT exam are also welcome to enroll.
Maximum Age: No Age Restrictions: There is no maximum age to take the CLAT UG exam.
Postgraduate (PG) Program Eligibility
Qualifications for Education:
LL.B. or Equivalent: Applicants must have passed an equivalent exam or earned an LL.B. from an accredited university.
Minimum Marks: Candidates for General, OBC, PwD, NRI, PIO, and OCI must receive at least 50% in their LL.B. or comparable exam. Candidates from SC/ST categories must receive at least 45%.
Candidates Who Appear: Students who are in their last year of an LL.B. program or a similar one may also apply, as long as they can provide documentation of their exam pass at the time of admission.
Maximum Age: No Age Restrictions: There is no maximum age to take the CLAT PG exam.
